Ingredients
1 quart TJ's Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth
2 tablespoon TJ's Fire Roasted Yellow & Red Peppers
1/2 bag TJ's Spinach, coarsely chopped
1 package TJ's Frozen Chicken Wontons
2-3 TJ's Green Onions, sliced thinly
Preparation
Bring broth to a boil in a medium saucepan, stir in the fire roasted peppers and spinach and cook for 5 minutes. Carefully add in the wontons and cook for another 3 minutes. Add scallions and enjoy.
