General description of recipe
Ingredients
1 c sliced chicken, beef, or pork
8 c cooked white rice
1/2 c pineapple chunks
3 medium eggs
1 c onions, sliced
1/2 tomato, sliced
1/4 c fish sauce
2 T sugar
1/4 c vegetable oil
cucumber and tomato slices for garnish
Preparation
In a wok or skillet, bring oil to high heat.
Add meat and cook until done.
Add onions, pineapple, and tomato, stirring lightly.
Add eggs, whipping in and stirring until done.
Add rice and stir.
Add fish sauce and sugar, stirring until rice starts to brown.
Remove from heat and place on a heated serving platter.
Garnish with slices of cucumber and tomato.
