General description of recipe
Ingredients
1 lb sliced chicken, beef, or pork
1/4 c broccoli, in florets
20 oz can bamboo strips
1/4 c celery, cubed
1/4 c mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c napa, cut in 1 in strips
1/4 c peapods
1/4 c water chestnuts, sliced
few pinches sliced carrots (optional)
3 T vegetable oil
brown sauce (see recipe in sauces)
Preparation
In a skillet or wok, bring oil to high heat.
Add meat to hot oil and cook until almost done.
Add all vegetables and brown sauce, stirring or tossing constantly and cook until mixture is done.
Serve with white rice.
