General description of recipe
Ingredients
1/2 lb thin-sliced chicken, beef, or pork
1/2 c potatoes (use frozen cooked or cottage-fried)
1/4 c onions, sliced
small handful fresh shelled unsalted peanuts (optional)
Masaman Curry sauce
Preparation
In a pot, heat Masaman Curry sauce to a boil, add meat and cook until almost done. Add potatoes, peanuts, and onions and cook a few minutes until done.
Serve with white rice.
