Ingredients
6 hardboiled eggs, halved lengthwise
1/4 c light mayonnaise
1/2 t salt
1 t prepared mustard
1 t vinegar
1 T minced onion
dash pepper
Preparation
Remove egg yolks; mash; combine with remaining ingredients. Refill egg whites. Chill.
