General description of recipe
Ingredients
8 c cooked rice
1 c chicken, beef, or pork
3 medium eggs
1/4 c peas
1/4 c carrots, diced
1 c onions, sliced
1/4 c fish sauce
2 T sugar
1/4 c vegetable oil
cucumber and tomato slices for garnish
Preparation
Bring oil to medium-high heat in a wok or skillet.
Add meat and cook until almost done.
Add onions, peas, and carrots and stir in. Add eggs and stir into vegetables and cook until almost done. Add rice and stir in.
Add fish sauce and sugar and cook until rice begins to brown just a little bit, then remove from heat and pour into serving platter.
Garnish with slices of cucumber and tomato.
