Ingredients
2 c cold milk
1 package (4-serving size) chocolate or banana cream instant pudding
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 tub (12 oz) frozen non-dairy Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation
In large bowl beat milk and pudding mix with wire whisk for 1 minute. (Mixture will be very thick). Carefully spread in crust. Spread Cool Whip over top. Refrigerate.
Notes
Can be made with sugar free pudding.
