Ingredients
1 c bottled barbecue sauce
1 c applesauce
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T brown sugar
2 t oil
1 lb pork tenderloin, cut in 1/4" strips
2 c prepared coleslaw
8 reduced-calorie hot dog rolls
Preparation
Stir barbecue sauce, applesauce, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar into medium bowl until blended. Heat oil in nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Add pork; cook 2 minutes. Add barbecue sauce mixture, reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes. Spoon coleslaw, then pork, into each bun. Drizzle with any extra sauce.
