General description of recipe
Ingredients
1 large eggplant
2 eggs beaten
1/3 c oil
1/8 t pepper
1/4 t garlic salt
2 small can tomato sauce
1 c grated pizza/parmesan cheese
Preparation
Dip eggplant into eggs and fry until golden brown on both sides. Add salt, pepper, and garlic salt to tomato sauce. Pour 1.3 c tomato sauce in bottom of casserole. Alternate layers of sauce, eggplant, and cheese. Pour remaining sauce on top. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 mins.
