General description of recipe
Ingredients
1 can refried beans
4 avocados
1 packet taco seasoning
1 package shredded cheddar cheese
1 small sweet onion
4 large tomatoes (or many roma)
1 can black olives
Preparation
(Makes two separate plates)
Mash avacados and seasoning packet together in bowl. Sprinkle in 1/2 c. shredded cheese. Set aside.
Spread thin layer of refried beans on bottom of dish. Spread layer of avacado mixture. Sprinkle on chopped tomato, chopped olives, onions, and rest of cheese.
