Ingredients
1 pint (large size) sour cream
8 oz mild cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
1 stick melted butter
2 lb bag of frozen hash browned potatoes, thawed
1 large diced Vidalia onion
salt (optional)
pepper (optional)
Preparation
Mix sour cream, cheese, soup, butter, and onion together well. Add hash browns and salt and pepper to taste. Spread in a 9"x13" baking pan. Bake 30m at 370 degrees uncovered. Bake additional 30m at 350.
