Ingredients
1 box macaroni (heavier) Ruffies
8-10 eggs (hardboiled)
2 c Hellmans mayonnaise
1 small jar pimentos
1/4 c sugar
radishes
green pepper
carrots
onion (vidalia or red)
chopped celery
Preparation
Cook macaroni. Sprinkle juice of 1 lemon over. Salt macaroni. Mix with eggs, radishes, green pepper, celery, onion, carrots. To make the sauce Mix the mayonnaise, pimentos and sugar. Mix all together.
